Enjoy our delicious iced biscuits shipped with Royal Mail tracked delivery. Your order will be dispatched with a tracking number emailed across to you so you can track your biscuits every step of the way from our Bakehouse to your front door.

'Pre-Order' Product Delivery Info:

On 'pre-order' products, the date you select is the date you would like to recieve the biscuits by. 99% of our orders arrive on the date selected but due to rare postal discrepencies on Royal Mails side, we can not gaurantee 100% they will arrive on the date selected so please select a date ahead of schedule to be certain to receive them on time.

If you select collection, please select the day you would like to collect on. You will be emailed on the week of your collection to arranage pick up times. For more details, please check our delivery policy for more details at the bottom of our home page.

We also recommend selecting a few days prior to any event when selecting a delivery date. 99% of all our products are delivered on time & when you originally selected but due to the postal service, it is out of our control & certain circumstances may on rare occasions delay this process.

'Next Working Day Dispatch' Product Delivery Info:

Orders will be dispatched the next working day if ordering before 3pm. We send all of our parcels using Royal Mail Tracked 24, so you should expect to receive your item 2-3 days after ordering on the website.

When selecting a day, we try our very best to get the item to you on the date selected. We always recommend selecting a few days prior to when you need the gift for, due to unforeseen circumstances and delivery delays. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, however Royal Mail are usually very reliable.

We send 2 days prior to the date selected, so in most cases the items will arrive the day before or on the day selected.
