Founder & CEO
Molly Backhouse
Well... is this tiny box big enough to explain the journey Molly has been on? I think not... but here's a small snippet.
Molly has the most beautiful, caring, empathetic persona & that alone shows through everything she does. Before the Bakehouse, Molly started out selling holistic self care gift boxes for positive mental well-being and along that journey, Molly's Bakehouse butterflied from it.
With an absolute wealth of customer care experience, Molly has a beautiful aura with every customer that passes through the Bakehouse doors.
Ellie - Head Of Marketing
A bullet point system might be an easier way to introduce Ellie as she is a girl of many talents and hobbies!
- Fruit grower, - Camping lover, - Yeti obsessed, - Line dancing pro, - Padel (the real way to her heart), - Loves a boogie, - Partial to a naughty home bake (we're yet to try her goodies 👀)...
Aside from being a marketing genie, Ellie brings such an infectious, positive energy everywhere she goes and the Bakehouse feels so lucky to have her as part of the team.

Ania - Biscuit Icing Artist
Meet Ania, one of our most talented biscuit artists and the Queen of intricate details. If you’ve ever marvelled at the delicate designs on a Molly’s Bakehouse biscuit, there’s a good chance Ania’s skilled hands brought it to life.
But her creativity doesn’t stop at biscuits. Ania is also the heart behind Ania’s Kitchen, where she pours love and tradition into authentic Polish dishes. Whether she’s making the most beautifully detailed biscuits or bringing in a homemade recipe for the team to try, everything she touches is made with warmth & a deep love for food.
Whether she’s piping intricate patterns or sharing a plate of homemade pierogi, she makes everything feel a little more special. ✨
Rob - Bakehouse Director
Outside of the Bakehouse, Rob’s passion for pushing boundaries doesn’t stop at biscuits. He thrives on extreme endurance challenges, having competed in the world’s toughest ultramarathon and cycled the length of Britain in just 3.5 days for charity.
When he’s not testing his limits through running, the gym, or new adventures, you’ll find him swapping endurance training for homegrown produce, learning to cultivate his own fruit, vegetables, and herbs on his allotment.
At Molly’s Bakehouse, Rob has been instrumental in driving the business forward, helping to shape its growth and expand its reach. His energy and vision has played a vital role in elevating the Bakehouse, ensuring more people than ever can experience our beautifully hand-iced biscuits.
Yasmin - Production Manager
Meet Yas, the heartbeat of the Bakehouse. As production Manager, she keeps everything running smoothly, making sure every biscuit is finished to perfection and every team member feels supported. With a keen eye for detail, she’s always there to lend a hand... until the buzzer sounds that is!
When she’s not overseeing the Bakehouse, Yas is a part-time firefighter, always ready to swap her apron for her fire kit at a moment’s notice. Whether she’s piping intricate designs or answering emergency calls, Yas brings the same dedication, bravery, and steady leadership to everything she does.
Beyond the Bakehouse and the fire station, Yas has a love for homegrown goodies, tending to her own fruit and veg. When she’s not in the garden, she’s likely charging across the rugby or football pitch, giving it her all! 💛🏉
Jess - Fulfilment Coordinator
If you're wondering how we can send out thousands of biscuits each month without 1 delivery error... it's because of this amazing human!
Jess has a system for EVERYTHING! There's nothing that passes her desk without her knowing.
Outside of Molly's Bakehouse, Jess is a bit of a crafter (hopefully the photo didn't give too much away 😂) and if anyone mentions halloween or Autumn Jess will suddenly spawn behind you.
Even though Jess is normally digging her way out of a pile of biscuits to fulfil, she still finds time to make the whole team laugh every single day!
