Packaging & Allergens

All of our bundle biscuit sets will be packaged individually in heat sealed cellophane bags. These will be carefully packaged in protective packaging before sending them out. Each biscuit within their cellophane bag will contain an individual allergen sticker on the back in the event of them being gifted seperately.

Our biscuits are on average 8cm x 8cm however, these sizes can deviate to be slightly larger or smaller depending on the design. Please note, our prices take into consideration the complexity & design of each biscuit.

'Pre-Order' Product Shipping Info:

On 'pre-order' products, the date you select is the date you would like to recieve the biscuits by. 99% of our orders arrive on the date selected but due to rare postal discrepencies on Royal Mails side, we can not gaurantee 100% they will arrive on the date selected so please select a date ahead of schedule to be certain to receive them on time.

If you select collection, please select the day you would like to collect on. You will be emailed on the week of your collection to arranage pick up times. For more details, please check our delivery policy for more details at the bottom of our home page.

We also recommend selecting a few days prior to any event when selecting a delivery date. 99% of all our products are delivered on time & when you originally selected but due to the postal service, it is out of our control & certain circumstances may on rare occasions delay this process.
